Project Summary: Modernization of Assembly Machine with Advanced Motion Control
This project involved the comprehensive upgrade of an assembly machine by replacing obsolete servo motors and robots with state-of-the-art technology. The existing linear pick-and-place mechanisms were upgraded with Rockwell's latest Kinetix servo controllers, enhancing precision and responsiveness.
Additionally, an outdated SCARA robot was replaced with a Fanuc R-60i, providing improved speed and flexibility for assembly tasks. The entire system was integrated using a new ControlLogix platform, which facilitates seamless communication with the existing System PLC, ensuring compatibility and minimizing downtime.

Project Summary: Design and Build of solar park for Fresenius San German
This project involved the design and implementation of a distributed energy system at the Fresenius San Germán facility. The primary objective was to reduce energy consumption and operational costs by integrating renewable energy into the site’s power infrastructure.

Solar Park Design: The installation includes 2,088 high-efficiency solar panels and 8 inverters, collectively producing a total of 100 kW of clean energy for the facility.
Hybrid Energy Utilisation: The system allows seamless integration of solar energy with the LUMA grid, providing flexibility and ensuring continuous power availability.
Energy Optimization: The setup reduces dependency on grid power, helping the facility lower its energy expenses while contributing to sustainability goals.
